Abstract
In the article, the authors address the concept of "land use planning" and analyze agricultural land use planning as a central prerequisite for spatial development. The article examines the tools for sustainable agricultural land use planning that help identify and implement the most suitable and sustainable tools. It is proposed to identify six tools for sustainable land use planning. These tools allow for the development of land use management scenarios to improve the productivity and sustainability of land use.
