Abstract

The impact of digitalization on social management is considered, positive aspects of digital transformation in Russia are studied. The results of the work of some social management resources and feedback from Russian citizens are presented, and the rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation by the level of implementation of the Feedback Platform through the Public Services website is analyzed. It is concluded that the level of digitalization of social management in the country is highly dependent on the level of economic development of the region.
