Due to the new mobility requirements, the choice of forms and methods of transport service organization is a key factor in improving the quality of urban bus rapid transit services. This paper describes the application of cluster evaluation methods to accurately and objectively reflect the quality of service in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). By evaluating the collected passenger data and service information using clustering, it is possible to identify problems and improve the efficiency of BRT operation.
