Abstract

Management becomes a more technology-driven sphere where the situation-based approach helps to avoid mistakes. A lot of modern management technologies originate from the dynamic field of IT that changes rapidly and regularly adopts new frameworks. However, all spheres change due to global trends which makes it necessary to revise the approaches used. In this paper, a navigator for management technologies is developed. This navigator aims to support practitioners and researchers in their work. The study develops the method for collecting, classifying, and structuring management technologies. The resulting base of technologies is structured by business processes they relate to and the base is supported with a corresponding map that allows navigating through it. The idea of management thinking technologies is practical; their implementation leads to the growth of efficiency, makes it possible to realize new projects and bring products to the market. A complete systematization of such technologies has not been carried out, and this article attempts to do such work. For future research, expanding the navigator with new technologies and instructions on their implementation and use can provide practitioners and researchers with valuable insights and support in their working field.
