Abstract

An imitation model of a gear reducer is considered, taking into account its gear ratio, multi-mass, friction, and gearing errors. The structures of individual components and the general model of the reducer is presented. The spectrum of speed fluctuations of the output link of the reducer is obtained and a comparison is made with the spectrum of vibration speed obtained using a vibration analyzer on a real object. The approach proposed in the work makes it possible to establish the nature of the reasons causing the gearbox vibration.
