Abstract

The subject of the study is the study of issues related to the solution of environmental problems in the Russian Federation on the basis of the national project Ecology. The experience of application in the developed world promotion instruments, addressing environmental issues, including tax-based instruments, government subsidies, instruments of differentiated tariff regulation, tools of quotas and trade of certificates, instruments for market-based carbon trading-related greenhouse gas emissions of industrial enterprises, the direct state funding of environmental projects implemented by private business stock incentives. The use of renewable energy sources for the formation of the so-called green economyis considered. The article analyzes the experience of the Russian Federation in solving environmental problems. It is concluded that in Russia the list of incentive tools used to solve environmental problems is insignificant. It is proposed to develop a regulatory framework to expand the list of these incentive tools.
