Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the range of helminths living on the territory of the Kaluga region, which can be dangerous for wild and domestic artiodactyls. Wild artiodactyls are not under constant surveillance, so they are a potential source of invasion of livestock. The article considers several methods of coprological study of the feces of bison, cattle and small cattle. As a result of the research, a parasite Strongyloides papillosus, was found and its type was determined, recommendations were given for the treatment of sick animals and the prevention of healthy livestock.
