Abstract
The article develops and substantiates a sustainable business model of an entrepreneurial structure in modern conditions of an innovative economy. A comparative analysis of methodologies for describing business processes in business structures is carried out: accelerated and complete description. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development of a sustainable business model of an entrepreneurial structure. The model serves to justify the necessary financial capital and the minimum necessary resources for the development of an entrepreneurial structure. Two approaches to the formation of a sustainable business model have been developed: based on sustainable innovations and based on business opportunities.
