Abstract

AbstractThe thermovoltaic effect in cerium sesquisulphide (Ce_2S_3) is found. Measurements are carried out in a temperature range of 300–455 K. The maximum value of the generated voltage is ~60 mV; however, the thermovoltaic effect is 37 mV.
