Abstract

The article considers the conditions of the formation of the digital environment of the Ka-zakh economy and possible changes in the labor market as a result of digitalization. The starting point for the beginning of this process is the development of the "Digital Kazakhstan" State Pro-gram for the Digitalization of the Economy in 2017. The article proposes an approach to the as-sessment of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the labor market based on the coordination of vacancy / resume data in the Enbek Kazakhstan electronic labor exchange. The research is based on the approach of studying the problems of the labor market from the position of de-mand for specialists of various profiles, both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in a certain re-gion. Based on the results obtained, options for the formation of strategic initiatives for third par-ticipants in the labor market (stakeholders) have been shown. First of all, these are educational in-stitutions that will be able to more quickly solve the problems of training personnel for the digital economy. These can be employment centers, state structures that deal with issues of controlled migration.
