Abstract

In modern conditions, more and more attention in the university is focused on the effective use of methods and tools for building effective work in the field of employment and career promotion of graduates. All these processes, taking into account modern realities, should be included in the digital agenda of the university. The article considers the features of the digital ecosystem of the university in the context of career promotion of graduates, including the example of a number of universities. The author considers the practice and effect of using digital services and platforms for conducting career events at the university. In conclusion, the priority directions of the implementation of the university's development strategy are formulated, including the formation and development of the university's digital career environment.
