Abstract
Исследовательская работа освещает развитие отечественной военно-полевой медицины в области доврачебной медицинской помощи и эвакуации раненых военнослужащих российской армии на протяжении последнего столетия. В период XX – начале ХХI века произошла трансформация санитарной доврачебной помощи в тактическую медицину. Подчеркивается значение действий современного тактического медика в условиях иррегулярной войны и взаимопомощь сослуживцев при эвакуации раненых. Знание и навыки действий в рамках тактической медицины являются важным фактором сохранения жизни военнослужащих во время военных действий. The article highlights the development of domestic military field medicine in the field of pre-hospital medical care and evacuation of wounded soldiers of the Russian army over the past century. The importance of the modern tactical medicine in irregular warfare and the mutual assistance of comrades-in-arms in evacuating the wounded is emphasized. The author concludes that in the period of the 20th and early 21st centuries there was a transformation of sanitary pre-hospital care into tactical medicine. The knowledge and skills of tactical medicine are an important factor in preserving the lives of military personnel during military operations.
