Abstract
The article stipulates the relevance of developing a training application for a free software development environment RStudio focused on the study of statistical methods for processing experimental data. A brief description of the high-level object-oriented programming language and environment for statistical calcula-tions and visualization of the initial and calculated data R is given; substantiates its effectiveness in the educa-tional process. The functionality of the developed software product is described.
