Abstract
In Russian legislation, only the term “passenger taxi” is used, while the concept of “freight taxi” is absent. Meanwhile, in practice, cargo taxi services are offered everywhere. What is the legal qualification of an agreement aimed at providing such services? The article makes an attempt to highlight this and other problems associated with the contract for the carriage of a passenger taxi and its place in the system of transport contracts.
