Abstract
Purpose: to develop an algorithm for forming a list of especially valuable productive agricultural land according to the criterion of “substantial excess of cadastral value”. Materials and methods. The basis of the development is data on the regulatory framework of the formation, cadastral, geoecological, natural features of especially valuable agricultural lands. The object of research was the agricultural lands of Korenovsky district of Krasnodar Territory. The targeted survey of the lands of 10 settlements of the district was conducted. The methods used were analysis, generalization, and data synthesis. Results and discussion. The algorithm for compiling a list of the most valuable productive lands in the complex of agricultural land, which includes four stages, is proposed. Determination of the cadastral value of land plots based on the results of the state cadastral assessment (stage I). Determination of the average cadastral value for a given municipality (stage II). Updating the specific indicator of the cadastral value of a land plot (stage III). Formation of a final list of especially valuable productive agricultural lands (stage IV). Approbation of the proposed algorithm was carried out on the example of Korenovsky municipal district of Krasnodar Territory. Based on the results of the research, a list of the most valuable productive agricultural lands was formed, a thematic map of the region which allows making high-quality decisions in the field of agricultural land rational use and protection was compiled. Conclusions. Improving the process of forming a list of the especially productive agricultural land allows to organize such a technology for obtaining information that complies not only with the provisions of current legislation, promotes rational, efficient use of agricultural land, but also meets the modern requirements of digital transformation of agriculture.
