Abstract

The article reveals the forms, methods, psychological and pedagogical factors of the formation of professional competencies in future teachers in the educational space. This article describes examples of solving the problem of pedagogical conditions for the formation of a teacher's professional competence in the educational process of a university. Pedagogical conditions are significant circumstances that determine the achievement of a high level of formation of the teacher's professional competence, one of which is extracurricular activities. The learning process acts as the development of new knowledge, which may be far from the individual knowledge of the student, therefore, the educational process of the university can be effective if it provides the individual with freedom of choice and creativity.
