Abstract

The concept of doing business combines the key principles of the organization of business processes, principles of relations with stakeholders and the company's growth prospects. A well-defined concept of doing business contributes to the development of key competences and strengthening the competitive position of companies. Are allocated micro- and macro-approaches to development of the concept of doing business. Micro- focuses on the organizational behavioral phenomena, the influence of individual and group characteristics on the achievement of organizational goals. Macro-approach is based on the principle of consistency, the integrity of the organization, issues of structure, culture, communication. Together they determine the path of the evolution of the firm.
