Abstract

The article examines the role and place of factoring in the system of debt financing instruments. Factors affecting the development of factoring are analyzed. The fundamental advantages of factoring as an effective form of financing working capital of agricultural enterprises over other forms of short-term financing are formulated. The main components of factoring operations are defined both for intermediary banks and for agrarian enterprises-clients. The scheme of factoring service is presented. Methodical approaches to the construction and organization of factoring activities are formulated, which includes the stage of formation and the process of implementation in a credit institution. A factoring implementation mechanism was developed, and new trends in its development were also identified.
