In the provision of library and information services, it is necessary to take into account the leading importance of education, the democratization of education, the humanity of education, the social significance of education, the national orientation of education, the close relationship between education and upbringing, the identification of talented youth, and the creation of conditions for obtaining fundamental and specialized knowledge.
