Abstract

The article examines the impact of the development of the digital economy on the labor market and the dynamics of professional transformations. The factors contributing to the disappearance of traditional professions and the emergence of new specialties that are in demand in the digital reality are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the challenges associated with the need to constantly update the skills and competencies of workers. Ways to overcome these challenges are proposed through the joint efforts of the state, business, the education system and the workers themselves. The importance of continuous learning, development of soft skills and readiness for professional mobility is emphasized.
