Abstract

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study attempted to analyze external effects on Hana Mimi, Gwangmyeong City, Gwangmyeong-si, Gwangmyeong-si, Gwangmyeong City and Gwacheon City, and Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi-do Province. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Panel analysis was used as the analysis method in consideration of the characteristics of the data used, and the double-difference method was applied to understand the policy effect of the sale price ceiling. The analysis tool utilized the open statistical package R, which is recognized as the most efficient analysis tool in panel analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of analysis, the total model, the price of nearby housing market, light, the price of the nearby housing market has been analyzed that there is an external effect of stabilization housing prices, and the upper limitations. 2. RESULTS According to the analysis, the implementation of the ceiling on the sale price applied to the three regions of Gyeonggi-do has the effect of lowering inventory housing prices in Hanam and Gwangmyeong, excluding Gwacheon.
