Abstract

This article presents data on the effectiveness and efficiency of the psychocorrectional training program for the development of psychoemotional balance. The main indicators were obtained for the parameters of strengthening social and psychological adaptation and for indicators of increasing achievement motivation. Students of pedagogical and psychological specialties of a pedagogical university were involved in the work of the training program. Verification of the training program used was verified using psychodiagnostic research methods: the Big Five test, A. Mehrabian achievement motivation questionnaire, Rogers-Diamond's socio-psychological adaptation diagnostic method, emotional intelligence test, A. Lazurkin's personality self-actualization diagnostic questionnaire. The implementation of our proposed psychocorrectional training program for the development of psychoemotional balance for students of a pedagogical university contributed to the development of socio-psychological adaptation, increasing emotional intelligence, expanding personal resources of self-actualization and increasing the level of achievement motivation.
