Abstract

The article examines the process of managing the organizational culture of a higher education organization. The system of managing organizational culture in a higher education organization was considered. In particular, the elements of the mechanism for managing organizational culture in higher education were identified and presented in the form of principles, methods and means of influencing culture. The relationship between the economic, sociocultural and administrative aspects of the management mechanism is substantiated. The factors influencing the management of organizational culture in higher education are summarized.
