Abstract

Objectives: This study is to investigate the factors that the Effect of Smartphone Addiction, Stress, Self-Esteem among Students Majoring in College Students.
 Methods: This study were convenience sampling of 238 students in College Students departments at Jeollado and Gwangju Metropolitan City area. The data collection was confirmed by frequency, average and standard deviation, Pearson's Correction coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 21.0 program.
 Results: Factors affecting Self-Esteem were Smartphone Addiction(β=-.319, p<.000) and academic performance(β=.195, p<.000) and Smartphone usage time(β =-.223, p<.000).
 Conclusions: In order to increase the Self-Esteem of students, it is necessary to provide health education to Smartphone Addiction and to provide health training programs to strengthen Self-Esteem.
