아파트 화재진압용 연결송수관설비 송수구의 개선방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

아파트는 건축법상 5층 이상의 공동주택으로 규정하고 있다. 그리고 최근에는 아파트가 단독주택의 보급률을 앞질러 주거의 주류가 되어가고 있다. 하지만 아파트 보급률 증가와 더불어 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 것이 아파트화재이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소방시설 중 화재진압에 중요한 역할을 하는 연결송수관설비 송수구를 대상으로 하였다. 그리고 조사는 아파트(10층 이상) 단지(30개)에 설치된 송수구로 하였고 또한 각 단지별로 2개씩 총 60개의 송수구를 조사 및 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 설치된 전체 송수구 타입은 65 mm 쌍구형이고 송수구와 진입로의 평균 이격거리는 4.4 m로 나타났다. 그리고 소방차 전용도로 확보, 노출성, 접근성, 압력범위표지, 설치높이, 이물질방지 마개부착 등의 미흡사항 평균이 47.2%로 조사되었다. 따라서 소방시설 설치시공 및 유지 관리점검의 이행을 양호하게 할 수 있는 법적, 제도적 개선이 필요하다고 판단된다. The definition of an apartment is a building more than 5 stories high and is the standard law. Currently, the number of apartments is increasing much faster than detached houses. Owning an apartment is a normal trend these days. However, the increasing number of apartments has been increasing the number of apartment fires which also has been making social problems. Therefore, this study was conducted for the fire department connection among other fire facilities because it is important for fire suppression. The research subject is on the fire department connections that are on 30 apartment buildings of more than 10 stories. Survey and analysis were conducted for 60 fire department connections. There are two fire department connections for each apartment. The result of this study is that all installed fire department connections have a type that includes two holes each at 65 mm wide, and the average distance between fire department connections and access roads is 4.4 m. The total average percentage of insufficiency conditions such as drive ways for fire trucks, visibility, accessibility, pressure range sign, installed height, cover of the hole, etc. is 47.2%. So improvement of law and systems that are fire facility construction and maintenance implementations will be needed in my opinion.
