Abstract

In this report, Ms. Baneva and Mr. Dinev want to give voice to a problem that is spoken of quietly and present our practice for solving this problem to adolescents. Obesity is an official disease defined as such in 1998 by the WHO and is due to excessive accumulation of adipose tissue in a person’s body. This is a complex disease that leads to a number of other complications and diseases. The good practice we share with this report is a binary lesson on „Obesity – a pandemic that is talked about quietly“, conducted with students in 1bth grade and students from 2nd grade in an all-day form of training in St. Constantine and Helena Primary School. „Cyril and Methodius“, Gotse Delchev.
