Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for expanding and activating opportunities for middle-aged women to participate in bicycles by identifying the relationship between the influence of middle-aged women's motivation to participate in bicycle clubs on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Three bicycle clubs in the southern area of Gyeonggi Province were visited from March 1 to March 31, 2023, for middle-aged women participating in bicycle clubs. A total of 151 questionnaires were circulated and collected by the method of self-evaluation and self-evaluation, and the data were empirically analyzed. Participation in bicycle clubs for middle-aged women is the most effective way not only to maintain and promote health care, but also to improve the quality of life through leisure activities, and cycling will not only relieve stress but also help exercise the whole body, especially to strengthen lower body strength. In addition, by solving the problem of lack of exercise among middle-aged women, who play a pivotal role in a family, obesity can be prevented, physical strength and strength can be improved, and a satisfactory life can be led in family life.
