Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of self-management, exercise-passion and sports-confidence in youth soccer players and provide basic data helpful for improving their ability to play soccer. For this purpose, the subjects were selected convenience sampling method with 389 middle school and high schools soccer players. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 AMOS 20.0 for frequency analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to draw the following conclusions. First of all, self-management of the players had positive effect on exercise-passion. Secondly, self-management of the players had positive effect on sports-confidence. Lastly, exercise-passion of the players had positive effect on sports-confidence.
