Abstract

The article defines the key role of digital transformation in all sectors of business and in the service sector and its implementation on a large scale, radically, everywhere. Digitalization has entered the production and technological processes on a large scale and is fully in the process of many service enterprises. This indicates the constant need to study theoretical and scientific-methodological and scientific-practical approaches to the development of digital transformation of the service sector in accounting, in digital analytics and in the control system, as well as the methodology for substantiating and shaping the appearance of digital economic systems and the development of the infrastructure of the digital economy. Digitalization of the service sector is necessary to increase the efficiency and sustainability of its functioning due to fundamental changes in the quality of management, both technological and decision-making processes at all levels of management, based on modern production methods and further use of information about the state and forecasting of possible changes in the controlled elements and subsystems. The main technological trends in the use of digital technologies are identified. It is important to note that the new tactics of digital marketing can be measured using analytics, accounting and control, tested and brought to the attention of management on the basis of electronic document management. Proposals and recommendations on the conditions of digital transformation in the service sector are formulated on the example of the Luhansk People’s Republic. It should be noted that in such an economic situation, enterprises should look for ways to improve business efficiency, which auditors and consultants can help with. The activities of state bodies should be aimed at forming a legislative framework in order to develop such a strategy for the development of accounting services, audit services and services in the field of control and digital analytics, which will trigger the transformation of the service sector in the financial environment. As a result of scientific research, the main modern and best strategies and tactics of digital marketing transformation are identified in order to improve services in accounting, audit, digital analytics and control.
