시설거주 정신장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 요양시설에서 거주하는 정신장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 함이다. 자료수집은 2014년 7월 1일 부터 28일까지였고, 연구대상은 시설에 거주하는 정신장애인 215명이었으며 연구 도구는 우울, 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 병식, 삶의 만족이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 지지 (<TEX>${\beta}=.518$</TEX>, p=.000), 외출 (<TEX>${\beta}=.155$</TEX>, p=.001), 자아존중감 (<TEX>${\beta}=.155$</TEX>, p=.013), 우울 (<TEX>${\beta}=-.147$</TEX>, p=.015), 성별 (<TEX>${\beta}=-.125$</TEX>, p=.011) 순이었다. 결론적으로, 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 높이고 우울수준을 낮출 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the life satisfaction of the mentally ill people in mental care facilities. The data were collected by a self-reported questionnaire form 215 mentally ill people in mental care facilities from July 1 to 28, 2014. The instruments for this study were depression, self-esteem, social support, insight and life satisfaction. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchial multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. According to results, the significant factors influencing life satisfaction were social support (<TEX>${\beta}=.518$</TEX>, p=.000), go out (<TEX>${\beta}=.155$</TEX>, p=.001), self-esteem (<TEX>${\beta}=.155$</TEX>, p=.013), depression (<TEX>${\beta}=-.147$</TEX>, p=.015), gender (<TEX>${\beta}=-.125$</TEX>, p=.011). The study reveals that it is necessary to develop a program that increases social support and self-esteem and decreases depression.
