Abstract
In the article, we examined the effectiveness and advantages of case technology in the system of teaching mathematics teachers used for the formation of information competencies. In the learning system that forms information competence, various methods are used in the learning process. The issues of the effectiveness of case technologies, which are easier and faster to be absorbed by students than monotonous lectures of teachers, are considered. One of the new methods used in the process of learning by modern request is case technology. The content of the technology case is to: analyze, propose possible solutions, and use the characteristics of economic, social, and business situations. Case technology can be considered educational technology since it is based on role-playing games, a project method, and an analysis of some problematic situations. When using case technology, it is important to create certain conditions, consider the specifics of working with the case in different audiences of students, follow the rules for organizing work with the case in a group, and also correctly determine the role of a teacher who differs significantly from the traditional approach. In the article, we set a goal to use case technology in organizing a math lesson and consider it in the context of the integration of the educational process. To achieve the above goal, we proceeded with the following criteria (tasks):-determination of the features of the case technology-to show the application of case technologies in the learning process-discussion of the effectiveness of its application in the learning process. To determine the effectiveness of the case technology, we conducted a three-stage experimental study, which was attended by students of the 1st and 3rd courses of I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University, the Higher School of Natural Sciences, Physics, and Mathematics educational program. The result of the experiment determined the effectiveness of the goal.
