Abstract
본 연구는 국가정책으로 추진되고 있는 스마트교육과 관련하여 지역의 특수성을 고려한 정책 개발을 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전라남도가 사례로 선정되었고, 전라남도의 정보화교육 현황에 기초하여 스마트교육 정책을 제안하였다. 전라남도 특성에 부합하는 스마트교육 정책을 개발하기 위하여, 초 중등학교의 학생, 교사, 학교장, 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 교사를 대상으로 추가 면담을 수행하여 전라남도의 교육정보화 현황을 파악하였다. 또한 최근의 국내외 교육정보화 동향을 분석하여 정책 개발에 함께 고려하였다. 개발된 정책은 국내외 전문가들의 협의를 통하여 검토, 보완되었다. 연구결과, 전남 스마트교육을 위하여 4대 영역의 20개 정책을 과제 방식으로 제안하였다. 아울러 이러한 정책을 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 전남의 특수성을 고려한 스마트 교수-학습 모형 개발 및 적용, 교원의 스마트교육 실행 지원, 온라인 수행지원 시스템 개발 등이 시급한 과제로 강조되었다. This study aims to localize the national policies of SMART education for regional educational development in Jeollanamdo province. To achieve the goal, this study analyzed the current status of ICT use in education in the province through a survey, interviews, and the existing relevant policies in national and international levels. The suggested policies were validated by experts from the field of education. As a result, 20 tasks in educational policies of 4 domains were suggested for the Jeollanamdo SMART education. Among them, the development of SMART educational models, building a professional development of teachers for successful implementation, and the development of online performance support system were prioritized for successful educational innovation for Jeollanamdo.
