Abstract
The article discusses the strategic diagnostics of ensuring the digitalization of the jurisprudence of enterprises operating in the service sector. The process includes a comprehensive analysis of the current level of use of digital technologies in the legal activities of organizations, with an emphasis on identifying strengths and weaknesses, identifying potential opportunities and risks of digital transformation of legal services. The main aspects of diagnostics are: assessment of digital readiness, technology analysis, assessment of processes and work procedures, analysis of the security system and customer experience. The readiness of the legal service to implement digital tools and technologies, including infrastructure, staff qualifications and their adaptation to digital changes, is being investigated. The effectiveness of the legal information systems used, software products and databases, the degree of automation of document flow and data security are also evaluated. Strategic diagnostics contributes to the development of a digital strategy focused on improving the customer experience through online consultations and electronic documents, as well as improving the security of legal information. The impact of the competitive environment, legal and regulatory aspects is being investigated, plans are being created and metrics are being set to monitor the progress of digitalization.
