Abstract

The relevance of this topic is that social and labor conflicts are one of the most important and resonant factors of public life, as well as the most serious challenge to the current social model and its specific indicator for strength. The main objective of modern conflictology is not only studying various conflicts, but also development of effective methods and technologies of management of the social and labor conflicts which will help to reduce the arising contradictions and to minimize possible risks for the enterprises and economy in general. The article considers labor as a fundamental way of human life, through which the basic needs of a person and society are realized, from which it is concluded that there is a high level of labor relations crunflictogenicity arising in the course of labor activity. It is concluded that labor relations are permeated by multidirectional motives, goals and interests of labor subjects, which are often a catalyst for conflicts, which leads to disharmony in the work of the labor team and negatively affects the production process. Models of analysis of various conflicts are considered, which are quite heterogeneous and provide for the achievement of certain specific goals. The article concludes that in order to analyze social and labor conflicts, as a fairly common phenomenon in modern social life, it is necessary to develop a universal model of STK analysis, which can be widely used in conflict practice. The scientific novelty of the work consists in substantiating the procedure for research analysis of the social and labor conflict and characterizing the stages of this analysis, such as: to characterize the macro and microenvironment of the conflict, and to characterize the space-time frames of the conflict; to display the progress of the conflict characterize the parties to the conflict, the causes of the conflict, the zone of disagreement of the parties to the conflict; to define the type and main characteristics of the conflict; to simulate a conflict, to make recommendations on the selection of the control technology of the analyzed social and labor conflicts. The results of the work are of interest to specialists in the field of conflict science, sociology and labor economics.
