Abstract

Among the priority tasks of the Russian industrial policy, the achievement of the goals of digital transformation occupies a priority place. At the same time, it is obvious that its solution directly at industrial enterprises cannot take place except as part of the management of a whole range of technological and organizational changes, accompanied by regular diagnostics and analysis of the state of digitalization processes. The article introduces scientifi c results that generally increase the objectivity of the economic assessment of the results of the introduction of digital solutions and technologies, as well as the validity of the choice of promising areas for the digitalization of industrial enterprises. The novelty of the presented research lies in the substantiation and formulation of provisions expressing new knowledge about the phenomenon of digital transformation of an enterprise, as well as the essence of the author’s concept of monitoring the eff ects of digital transformation of the business model of a large industrial enterprise.
