Abstract
This study was conducted to verify the cause-and-effect relationship between expertise of sports for all tennis instructors and exercises adherence intention of tennis club members through structure equation model analysis by making authentic leadership of sports for all tennis instructors as a mediate variable. For this, data was selected by using convenience sampling for 338 tennis club members of sports for all. For collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model analysis were conducted by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 Program, and drawn results are as follows. First, expertise of instructors has a positive impact on authentic leadership. Second, authentic leadership of instructors has a positive impact on exercises adherence intention of club members. Third, expertise of instructors has a positive effect on exercises adherence intention of club members. Fourth, authentic leadership of instructors acts as a mediate variable in a relationship between expertise of instructors and exercises adherence intention of club members. This implies that authentic leadership of instructors can finally make club members participate continuously in exercise.
