Abstract

In the article the strategies and factors of subject’s behavior in the situation of social dilemma, dealing with the realization of measures of major overhaul of multifamily housing stock, are under consideration. By means of the analysis of the interviews of experts , who are the chairmen of Association of the owners of multiple dwelling in the town of Yaroslavl, the recommendation about the formation of prosocial strategies among the multiple dwelling owners in the situation of social dilemma of social good in the sphere of housing and communal services are formulated.
