Abstract

The problem of ensuring sustainable innovative development of companies is considered, which is based on subjective assumptions about the state and dynamics of the internal and exter-nal environment, not corresponding to reality. As a result, a root conflict arises, which inevitably reduces the effectiveness and the pace of development. It is determined that each company has the ability to overcome the limiting assumptions about the correspondence of the applied management tools and the management decisions made to the properties of the internal and external environment. Typical models of management per-ceptions regarding the complexity of the system, the uncertainty of the environment and staff motivation are substantiated. The sequence of the paradigm shift in managerial thinking on the basis of a consistent and logical rejection of limiting assumptions for the conditions of innovative development of the company are reasoned. Practical examples of the development of management decisions for the innovative devel-opment of companies based on consistent rejection of limiting assumptions are presented. It is proved that the application of the stated methodology in practice provides for significant expan-sion of sales markets; reduction of the production cycle; improvement of the level of service; growth of motivation and productivity of employees.
