Abstract

The article substantiates the idea that the subjective basis of a person can serve as a support for him in the difficult conditions of modern life. The historical and philosophical digression clearly shows that the tendency to move towards the rejection of all foundations, from the subject is associated with an attempt to free a person from any shackles that restrict his freedom, to put him in a situation on the other side of good and evil, on the other side of reason. The authors argue that despite the existing tendency of the disappearance of the subject, the subject foundation of a person does not disappear, it is inherent in him initially, and can disappear only with him. It is concluded that the subjective basis of a person can serve as a support for him even in psychopathological reality, but at the same time a person is faced with a choice: either to adapt to the «crazy world» or to resist it. Choosing a strategy for self-realization in the world is always a risk and responsibility, but this is the manifestation of a person as a subject.
