Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of financial sovereignty of the Russian Federation. The author concludes that financial sovereignty should be regarded as the independence and autonomy of the state in making decisions related to the formation, distribution and use of public funds. A classification of financial sovereignty is proposed. The author advocates the view that, entering into economic integration, the state gives up part of its financial sovereignty by transferring a number of powers to the level of integration associations.
