Abstract

The paper considers the concept of conflict in the traffic flow as a chain of phenomena that collectively increase the likelihood of an accident. Statistical indicators of the accident rate among various classes of vehicles, as well as indicators of environmental parameters and traffic flow characteristics were taken as initial data. The developed model can be used as the first link in the training of artificial intelligence systems for high-quality monitoring and management decision-making in the field of transport coordination and general regulation.
