Abstract

The article studies the dependence of adaptive capabilities and emotional intelligence on the orientation of the personality. During the study, no statistically significant differences were found between the risk indicators of the level of neurosis and the level of alexithymia in the groups of extroverts and introverts. Attention is focused on the existing problem of considering extraversion and introversion as a factor of positive adaptation
