Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the role of catering enterprises in modern society. In modern economic conditions, catering enterprises of the Bashpotrebsoyuz demonstrate financial stability. The development of cooperative catering enterprises is inextricably linked with the procurement activities of consumer cooperation.
