Abstract
The research is devoted to theoretical and methodological issues of labor protection transformation in the conditions of modern economy. The purpose of the paper is to identify the features of the process of transformation of labor protection in the conditions of the modern economy in the categories of a universal scheme of interaction of elements in the system. The object of the study is labor protection. The subject of the study is the process of transformation of labor protection in the conditions of the modern economy. The methods of categorical-system methodology are used: content analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, the method of the universal scheme of interaction of elements in the system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the justification of the need to obtain new knowledge in order to develop a scientific theory of labor protection, including the improvement of the mechanism of optimal and timely management of the elements of the labor protection system. The result of the study is a formed universal scheme of interaction of elements in the labor protection system in the conditions of modern economy, with certain resources and the order of interaction of system elements necessary for the most effective transformation process. The conclusion is made that the obtained research results can be used in scientific activity in order to develop methodological tools that allow improving the process of labor protection transformation at all levels of management in the conditions of modern economy development.
