Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the use of modern technologies in the process of translation training. It was determined that modern information technologies have become an important component in the process of preparing modern experts on translation. A specialist in this profession must know the features of modern software in this direction, be able to use the Internet to keep in touch with colleagues from abroad and be knowledgeable in modern translation technologies. However, it was found that sometimes the use of modern information technologies is reduced to their narrow use - traditional teaching materials are available on the Internet, respectively, only a certain environment for students is changing. It was found that the modern educational concept of Blended Learning allows the student to gain knowledge independently - online and in person - with the teacher. The use of blogs makes it possible to make adjustments to the content, to enter into polemics with the author, or the teacher in the form of questions, comments, notes, etc. Wikis and chat can work as auxiliary information tools - they can familiarize students with the peculiarities of the translation process as a whole and their own process. Forums, as well as chats or e-mails can also be used as a tool for learning.Teachers in this case work as motivators to facilitate interaction and create scientific debates. It should be noted that the use of information technologies allows us to activate the educational process, contributes to the formation of the necessary translation competencies, primarily linguistic and communication, to promote the development of activity and independence of our students. The use of ICT allows us to overcome certain problems of the methodical, to develop new models and tools for teaching and evaluation, while maintaining an individual approach to each student. At the same time, it should be noted, the use of new technologies requires some training.
