Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizational culture, empowerment, trust, and organizational effectiveness are having cause-and-effect relationship each other in order for aviation security workers to effectively manage the institute.
 From July 2022 to September 2022,the survey was distributed and collected for 300 aviation security workers and analyzed through a cluster sampling method. Among the collected questionnaires, 272 copies were finally used for analysis, excluding labeling errors, omissions, and duplicates. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the STATA 14.0 program was used to test the research hypothesis.
 The results of regression analysis on the relationship among organizational culture, empowerment, trust, and organizational effectiveness are as follows. First, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on trust. Third, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on empowerment. Fourth, empowerment was found to have a positive (+) effect on trust. Fifth, empowerment was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness Finally, trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness.
