Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of designing and implementing the additional specialization program (“minor”) in pedagogy at a classical university. The author describes the organizational, pedagogical and informative plan of the minor “Teaching and learning in the digital Age”. The proposed model of an additional educational cycle diversifies the opportunities for young people to enter the teaching profession, forms the basic level of pedagogical competencies for future university teachers and researchers. The developed educational program is based on the ideas of a humanitarian approach to learning, in which the leading role belongs to educational events and various pedagogical practices, and the teaching activity is designed around the reflection of the acquired experience in mastering pedagogical techniques, techniques, goal-setting skills and instructional design.
