Abstract
The article evaluates the clinical effectiveness of implantation of a phakic intraocular lens model (IOL) Visian ICL in a patient with a combination of high myopia and clinically thin cornea on the example of a clinical case. Keywords: myopia, phakic IOL IPCLV 2.0, intraoperative difficulties.
