Abstract

Studies of the results of financial and economic activities of commercial banks and the interdependence of human resource management indicate that effective human resource management is one of the main factors ensuring the competitive advantage of banks. In this regard, banks have introduced new strategic approaches to human resource management, in particular, a talent management system. This article aims to study and analyze the talent management systems implemented in commercial banks in the Republic of Armenia from the point of view of their applied effectiveness and the need for implementation. The tasks of the work are to identify the existing approaches to the management of human resources in RA commercial banks, the features and practical significance of the talent management system, to study and find out how the processes of talent recruitment, selection and personnel reserve formation, education and training contribute to increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the banks.
