Abstract

The article considers the use of the author’s methodology for analyzing business efficiency, taking into account the achievement of strategic development goals. Using the example of the viticulture industry, trends and prospects of development were identified, the possibilities of achieving planned strategic indicators were assessed. The analysis and forecast of development of key parameters of activity of one of the leading viticultural organizations is carried out. Based on forecast data, the effectiveness of its activities was assessed from the perspective of achieving strategic goals. Priority directions for adjusting the development strategy have been identified.
